Built YFZ / Project Quads

I'm looking for a built yfz, I'd prefer if it was mx ready but a good gncc one wouldn't be bad either. What I'm willing to pay all depends on what it has, I really want something that has a few mods.

Also looking for project quads, 400exs, 250rs, raptors, blasters, something thats cheap and needs a little work.

My bottom dollar is $12,000. I still have not ridden it yet. I have either TCS or Elka's for the front now, so your choice.
