This isn't too bad, I need to get a new Modem though. The one I have is flaky, sometimes it just loses it's IP and I have to reboot it.

What your PC and your NIC are capable of and what your download/upload speed is are 2 different things! True test is to go to pcpitstop.com and run the download test over several different times to get your "true" download/upload performances.

Your download is really good and your upload is pretty good.

This is what I get from Telus High Speed.
Download: 1300 kbps or 162.5 KB/sec
Upload: 555 kbps or 69.4 KB/sec
