go to the top of the page and just below the atvriders.com banner it says user cp, click it go to edit options scroll down and click change avatar and you can upload one from your comp or copy one from a website, but it needs to be 65x65 or under..

while thats a very good way, theres even a better way, you can copy and paste it into photoshop or paint shop pro whatever you have, and just make it smaller, or if there is a site help section on this website you might be able to make a thread asking about making a pic smaller and an admin will do it for ya.
