Well i was just a wonderin if theres any dune buggy fans in here. Here is some pics took a few year back of some of our riding buddies. hope you all enjoy.

3... this guy didnt have enough power 2 climb the top the hill and this is were he ended up

4.....Ive seen built 440's and modded 450R's and YFZ 450s hit this hill and not come out of the top of it.

LTZ400 that thing is sick lol.... we've had a few buggys over the years. last time we had 1 was like in 98 tho. ill posh sum pics of sum we had a few years bak.

I would love to have a dune buggy I have looked at a drakart and really liked them but they don't look good anymore

I dont mind all the pics I love dune buggys! I almost got plowed by one riding up in shamokin pa, they use to travel in packs it was pretty badass, I'd put a 385 stroker in one now that would be a fun buggy :D

i think they are awesome. i wish i had more of a place to ride so i could have one. i would rather have one or even a modified beetle over my 4-wheeler.

Well you all can lookin some of them pictures and see how many buggys ride with us. We have the room to ride them were we live. BUT some of its hard to ride were they rut it out so bad. Now the biggest place for dunebuggys around were i live is in livingston ky. its called cromer ridge. There is were the biggest hills ive ever seen is at. they travel in BIG packs. I'm talking sumtimes 50 buggys in a group lol. Well ill try to get some more pics later on today of some more of the buggys we had.

i have been looking at dune buggys for about a yeat but they are all in bad shape so idk i think a 2 seater with a porsche 911 turbo motor would be cool

last year in my senior year at high school in my shop and welding class we were always messin with VW motors for buggies and stuff. We worked on like 3 different buggies and beefed up frames they are pretty fun!!

same...i just want to ride some dunes. ive ridden on sand flats alot, but i imagine thats nothing like dunes. closests dunes from me are like 9-10 hours i think.

Yea man I hear ya. One of those turbo charged straight 6 powered sand rails is deffinatley something I will build one day.

I have rode in a few Sand rails and all I can say is ...WHAT A RUSH!!! :blah: the last one I rode in was a 60,000 Rail with a Corvette motor in it :cool: I cant believe how plush the suspention is, when you land a jump, you feel like your floating on a cloud... If I ever had the money and lived closer to the dunes I would HAVE to have one!:macho

I'm thinkin about buyin another buggy. If i do ill have 2 post sum pics of it were i ride at. the 2 main things were i ride is Hills And Mud. and in a buggy both of them are fun 2 mess in.

Ive always wanted a sand rail really bad .. My uncle has one hes rebuilding now hopefully ill get some pics this spring when i head to cali :D
