I noticed in another thread you told a guy 400 dollars for burgard aarms, is this true for the 400ex as well? Once funds come around I would like to send all my parts (frame, sub, aarms, etc.) out to you. But that won't be anytime in the near future. Also I'm running HSD Strong aarms right now and I would like to switch. Are Burgard durable enough (Cost scares me, pretty low)?

They are $425 shipped for 400ex arms powdercoated etc.

we have been running burgard for some time and have had no problems, but if you race i suggest usuing his new HD arm. its $100 more but IMO is well worth the money.

I don't race, but I ride hard trails and alittle MX. Would the standard balljoints be durable enough for me? I don't want to buy new balljoints every couple months
Pappy do you have some pics of +1 burgards on a 400?

personally i like the new HD joint and it has been a proven performer in other brands of a arms. IMO it is worth the extra expense.

i will try and dig up a picture of my old 425 EX that i ran +1 on.

 I love that Bike! I'll just have to decide if I want to spend more money for the HD or not. Also sell the old ones (to wide!)

Hey pappy, do you have any pics of stealth black aarms. I'm having trouble decing stealth black all four, or stealth lowers and red uppers.

i will check, but IMO do them all the same. 2 solid colors contrast way to much to help the color flow together. (in other words pick a bright color silver, chrome etc for the upper)

Well I'm in love with black, so would you suggest stealth? I'm planning on getting my swinger and acouple other things done as well. What're your price for a pair of elka recs? What would you color suggestion be, I'll get pics of my bike up tonight. I want a bike with stealth black and some other color to contrast with it, like a bright something. Something like the Yellow/Stealth YFZ you did. Would that look good at all with red?

Yeah, I plan on keeping alot of things the way they are now on this bike. I'm not for sure on what I'm doing aarm wise. I want to get Elka recs and GT Thunder link. Besides that a few MINOR things and adding color:devil:

stealth would be ok

as far as rec series, elka pricing runs $465 shipped for economy shocks with no rezzys or adjustments. IMO id get the shocks first, then save for a set of arms.

Yeah well that's probably how it's going to go. You can see how well my camber is in that first pic. I'm in the process of sending them to HSD Racing in Canada. Real nice guy, he's making me new a new upper set with the camber I want and new joints. All I have to do is pay shipping and for the new balljoints! I'm having him leave the powder off of them, so you might be receiving them sometime:devil:
