My friends computer was acting up, so I had him do the system restore on it to put it back about a week. Well after it finished and went to start back up, a black screen comes up and says...

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart
after u hit the crtl alt delete, it just restarts and then goes right back to this screen. i am clueless on what to do. anyone know anything to do about it???
