Can a 15 year old race 400ex in PA Please help

I wanted to start racing my 400ex and live in southeastern PA. I am 14 turning 15 end of April. My 400 has the mods listed below. Is there anywhere in PA I can race. I ve been riding for a long time and wanted to start racing. Please help.
