That Ron Woods Pipe looks like it is from Star Wars......It's huge...what kind of Dyno Numbers are they getting from it.....and wpp do you have the dyno numbers from the DASA and the Rossier with the same mods just a different pipe.....

No, I have done the DASA already .
I am going to test the Rossier next.

Brian, does this mean you are going to do a bit of Dynoing with the DASA again?

HAs anybody been able to contact Dan and see if he has any reasoning why this pipe is making the power that was claimed?

I am done with the DASA pipe. It did average .61hp/.41tq better than my Yoshi . But didnt impress me enough the replace my pipe.
I am going to test the Rossier again with my set up.

I am not testing the sparks.

I like the Rossier , The only reason I have the Yoshi is when I sold the pipe I had installed ,Rossier was out of stock. But the Yoshi has worked great with my current mods. If the Rossier out performs the Yoshi on my next pipe test I will have the Rossier back on.

The NMotion pipe is the one picture is not the most current pipe they make. That was from last year and that pipe blew.

Low on power compared to some and loud, you cant even imagine how loud it was......

Notice there is no lower mount....bad news....

If anything, the Ron Wood pipe will add top end, not bottom end.

Its a huge pipe which should tell you right off the bat it will breath better when there is tons of exhaust being pushed through it.

This question will never get answered fully because each pipe has its own power curve. Whats best for you might not be best for your neighbor. He rides sand and you ride a track.....

Peak power, torque, hp, low end, top end.....you get the picture.

Every pipe basically has a trade off like every other mod. Very rarely do you have something that performs high and above the rest from bottom to top.

4 stroke pipes are pretty close in power. Its not like a 2 stroke pipe that really minipulates the power curve all that much. Also, you have to consider what mods are done to the engine. Is it 450cc's or 500cc's, high compression or low compression, big valve or stock valves....it all matters when wanting the most out of a setup.

Thats the hardest and most time consuming part, finding what parts work together and compilment each other to make the most usable power.

Now consider price, weight, sound, fit, finish, how well its constructed, what its constructed of, how well it holds up....

Its easier to tell you what pipes DIDNT perform well than to say what one was the best believe it or not.

How did the HMF and Baldwin compare? They are pretty similar. Also how do they compare with the Rossier?

They were #1 and #2 on that dyno day out of 9 different pipes on a 450cc, stock carbed, 13.8:1, unported trx (WPP's Bike)

Go to his site and ill bet you can view those graphs and compare. Also, i bet Mobile Dyno has the graphs as well.

Great performers though indeed....

Not to hijack the thread in any way.....

But don't forget the Big Gun Exhuast EVOx (they are rarely mentioned). I am very pleased with it's performance, and a price of 450.00 is not too bad.

Unfortunatley, I do not have dyno numbers. It would be nice, but the fit, finished, and quality is all there. Sounds great too! (Comes with quite core insert for those who require it).

Kevin at Nmotion has been doing some pipe testing and this pipe is yet to be beat...according to his records...

I actually saw this pipe make 1.5 hp more than a white bros. allumium pro......

M4 makes the NMotion pipes...In the beginning Gigot made the NMotion pipes, but couldnt keep up with the demand..If you can get one of his GP pipes now, it puts out more then that NMotion.
