on my quad my skids that i made are made out of dimond plating and looks awesome

i made my own out of stainless steel but didnt like it polished so i painted them gun metel and added some yellow. air scoops really set a quad off. just take your time and measure carefully.

what kind of paint did you use to color the HONDA letters on ur motor?? also did you need to tip the quad on the side or anything so the paint wouldnt run off??

Hey those scoops look familar. We manufacture them here at CDB MotorSports, we also make them for the 300ex too.

i used red model car paint and no i didnt tip it on its side just used a small brush and took my time. oh and the scoops were custom made by me, a 2 ft by 2 ft and 1/16 piece of stainless steel and my grinder and welder. they were not bought, i have them spot welded into place on my frame.

no i painted it about 6 months ago and havent touched it yet. i painted a bunch of stuff on my quad with it. i painted the shift pattern on my case, fuel knob on off res, the 282cc or watever it is. the paint holds up great
