all you are going to get is everbody telling you there favorite exhaust, and they will say what ever they have is the best.

different pipes make power at different rpm.
sparks hit hard on the bottom and pulls great in the midrange, good in the woods, or mx track.
hmf is strong in midrange and top end.

these 2 i can honestly tell you this much because i have bikes with both of these in the garage right now.

When you say new Honda 450R do you mean an 06' model? If so, do all the manufacturers you listed have the pipes available for the 06?

Nope, my buddy Bob has an 05 model, and is lookin to get an exhaust system for it.

What type of riding does Bob do?

All around pipe very reasonably priced I would say Rossier...

Top end pipe/dunes I would say Ron Wood.

Most of the pipes you have listed in the dynoes I have seen they do not compare to the above systems...everyone has their personal preference and no one every bought a $500 exhaust that sucked...or at least they will not tell you that.

I like to look at the dynos and compare the pipes myself...I have been involved in comparing the Rossier, Pulse Charger, Ron Wood, Yosh, and Sparks pipes on a dyno...just my .02.

i like my DG full 190 jet open air box
DG makes a good set up for the 450 R
and no one talks about it ? but thatsjust my 2 cents about it

is it the pipe or the rider that makes the ride sweet !!!!!

On WPPracing's bike, the Yosh TRC did better on the dyno charts than all the others with his mods! My vote goes to Yoshimura TRC!!!:macho

from what ive been told from sparks, is that there pipe is a mid to top pipe, thats why ots so long, the tc is a bottom to mid pipe.

long tube head pipes are low-mid pipes, a head pipe that is short and tight to the motor is a mid-top pipe. if you look at a sparks head pipe it is so long it almost touches the lower rad hose(on a trx450r)., and the hmf and others are not that long.

i am runnin the nmotion pipe. if u can stand the noise cause it is a little louder than the rest then i would prefer this. it has a ton of mid range and u can tell a considerable difference in low and high also
