06 yfz rear shock ?

i go a 06 yfz and a 04 i am going to put my elka LT on the o6 but their is a new electronic device on the side of the frame where the res would go on the 04 i saw a pic of bill balance's and his is mounted on the bottom top of the frame so if any one has any ideas or if you have solved the problem let me now. if i half to buy new shocks i will sale my old shocks i just had them rebuilt and oil changed and have not been used wold sell for 700 elka elites ste up for a a class motox 170 pound rider

They tell me that the 06 and 04 shocks are not interchangeable.

The 06 has a different shaft length than the 04-05.

I am going to change my 04 over to an 06 setup, so if you have any rear end parts you want to sell, let me know.

Yep they aint interchangeable. really not the same. I'm getting a elka setup for my 06. The new linkage and elites shocks.:devil:
