Taylorville National TT

Has anyone been to a TT race in Taylorville IL? I was looking on the the website but it doesn't show the TT track very well. I was just looking for information about the TT track. Thank you for your time.

I dont believe it is complete yet, but I promise you this if you go to thier site and e-mail them ( Leroy Harris owner) he will mail you back, cant find a better group been racing Xc up there for 3 years now.

my son has raced motox there for 3 years. they keep improving every year so i have no doubt when they build the track and host the event it will be top notch.

Last time i was at South Fork Dirt Riders (Taylorville) they had a pretty good looking little flat track, But that was at there AMA D-17 H.S. race. SO thats been a while now. I do like the SFDR Hare Scrambles, Even though it feels like your just drag racing all the time! WFO!!!!!!!


I hope they do open one up, Id like to go up and watch!!

i should have said he races there off and on. we have been running the national atva mx circuit the last couple years.
do they race the supercross track? are they going to build the tt track where the flattrack is. behind the parking area. yes my son races mini #212

It's not a national race, but there's a TT out there this weekend. RAcing starts at 2:00pm Saturday 10-26

Only had 5 or 6 show up, but a good day of racing regardless. The weather was good and the track was a little sloppy. One thing is for sure, those TT courses wear me out. I got to the point where the arm pump was so bad i coudlnt' push the throttle coming out of the turns.
