well how do you find the cubic inch of a motor for a truck or car

1 Liter= 61.0237 cubic inches.

what i do is go to google and type in, for example "2 liters to cubic inches" and it will tell you the conversion

Are you looking for a conversion from liters, or are you asking how to figure it out from bore and stroke?

Displacement = PI / 4 * (Bore^2) * Stroke * Number of cylinders

To calculate displacement in cubic inches, make sure you input the bore and stroke in inches. ;)
