Sounds like your vibration is a little bit more than what the norm is. I'd take it back into the dealer and have them check it out instead of just giving you a new one. Find out why it's vibrating so much, it shouldn't be so much that you're getting the tingly needle feeling in your feet and hands.

Seriously doubt that it's the bike. Exspecially since both are the same. My 04 vibrates some and have a friend that has an 05 and his vibrates as well. Maybe your hands and feet simply can't tolerate the vibrating like most of us can.

Also, I'm more than sure if you buy better grips, stem (with anti vibe), and wear MX boots that'll take care of your problem. If it doesn't... maybe it's too much on your body :ermm:

Is it possible you're revving to high through the gears? Try shifting more aggressively/sooner (less rpms to next shift) but not lugging it.
