New Axis Shocks

I was just looking in my new ATV sport mag and i saw an add for the new axis Piggyback shock with ti springs. I thought these weren't coming out for a while. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything more? here is a pic of it in the mag.

I know they gave them to a few pros to try, but i didn't think they were out for the public yet?
