still have the hybrid.....i finally got everything but the frame...i'm getting that today...i can do the longtaravel roller with lsr axle and swinger for $3100 or w/motor for $4000...needs a couple of minor things and a good p/c'ing to be ready.....

i have a 86 250r with a bad countershaft i have a used countershaft for it. The sprocket rounded it off pretty bad you cuold weld on a sprocket or just crack the case on put the other countershaft in brand new from honda they want $100 for it.

Not much after market but it does run strong just wont turn the damn chain. I bought a brand new seat for it new oem seat. Plastic is pretty good has a wider axle on it after market carrier wave rotor back brakes just little stuff after market. Fmf pipe.

Just the little stuff is done.

I would like to get $1800 for it
