i need to vent

my friends were over and f'ed my comp up, nothing displays on the screen and i have to let it stay off for a while before i can try again, to get it to display on the screen. this has happend twice now(same guys) first time i fixed it and it ran fine then they came back over and now its completely wasted from what i can tell, and its all sticky from pop .

i was sleeping while they were on so guess what they did from 1-8 am in the morning, a non stop porn fest. i woke up and they were still on it. its probably completely ruined of viruses.

what would you do in a situation like this, cause i really dont know what to do. and im really starting to get more and more pissed because i had a term paper done on there, and i now have to redo it.

First, disconnect and clean the keyboard (hopefully it's just pop (soda)).

Second, run an updated virus scan.

Third, search through your files and folder for the term paper.

Fourth, find some new friends:ermm:

dont really understand that noble theory part, but i called him a queer cus he is, not because he has a ninetendo i play my step bro's sometimes. but this guy wears this big vest to school that looks like a life jacket. i call him captain wayne. my english teacher even makes fun of his vest. the other day he was absent and one of our teachers said wheres wayne and this dude said building an ark.

find another monitor, barrow one, a virus wont harm that, its probably unpluged, or thier is a problem on the motorboard. If you really want your term paper back, install a good virus scan on another computer (obviously you have one your on right now). I would recomend AVG, its only 25 bucks for a years lisencing, and they have daily updates with new viruses. Put the Hard Drive from your other PC, the one that dont work, in the one you install virus scan on, Scan in, and go back to recover your term paper, you can by a new keyboard, and a moniter if need be, but moniters just dont go out unexpextedly. Password protect your pc, and lock the door to your room or some **** when thier over, or get new friends.

ive tried 3 different monitors, i had protection against spyware and ad aware, and had mcaffe, and it probably is the mother board my luck. and i got it to display today but i went upstairs for about 2 mintues to get my wireless internet and it was black when i came down. ahhh this sucks.

Check the video card. If they spilled pop on it then it could have gotten inside the case. Pull the case off and remove the card. Check it to see if there is anything on the contacts (if so, clean it off) reseat the card and restart your system.

ive got avg on my computer and not to sound cocky but my computer pretty much has only the best stuff on it cus my stepdad owns a computer store and a computer distribution business in atlanta GA. like Martin Blair said it updates itself everyday and it takes it like 30 seconds to do it. its a really good virus scan imo.

If you know how to take the hard drive out and put it in another computer (and if you have the ability to) I'd suggest that, back up what ever files you really need to, once you are sure you've got everything format it and reinstall fresh, and keep everyone off your computer!

If you can't do option 1 take it to a computer place and see if they can help you and go from there.

Call their house n tell their parents ur computer is screwed up n ur sons responsible for it.
