400ex a-arms on a 300ex???

My friend wants to know if you can put 400ex a-arms or 250r
a-arms on a stock 300ex? Do you have to do costume fabricating for this mod? Do you have to use diffrent shocks like 400ex or 250r shocks? This makes the front end wider on the 300ex right? Would you have to get a wider axle to get any benefits with this mod? Would this mod be bad for fast trail ridng or jumping? Would this have any bad affects on the quad? sorry for all the questions... thanks

exactly what moto said,they will work fine...add some width and its not that hard...my friend put some on his in no time at all

But Moto49x would also tell you that the 400ex a arm setup while it does work is nowhere near as good as a setup designed for a 300ex

if you don't have the $$ to buy a arms for the 300ex then it is OK but it is a worth the $$ to get 300ex +2's or +3's if you have the money
