new yfz runs like crap

i just bought a new yfz and it only has about 2 hours on it but the motor really runs like crap. it will never start when its cold unless i give it throttle and full choke and then hold the throttle. and when its idleing it doesnt have that nice 4 stroke purr like it should it allmost sounds like a 2 stroke and it has no bottom end response untill u get till abou 1/4 throttle. also while its idleing the pipe turns red hot and when i say red hott i mean fire truck red hott.

It sounds as though you are running lean. Try bumping up your jets, it should make it run smoother. The cold weather has a lot to do with the jetting. Even though it may be stock, the jetting may be off because of the cold weather.

You should take it back to the dealer to get them to fix it. Also they will note this in their records just incase it is something else. Unless you know how to jet yourself.
