Stock pipe mods w/Stage 2 cam

I am planning to do the "Gabe " mods to my stock silencer and am also going to do a cam swap, preferably to the HotCams Stage 2. I want to keep the mods simple, i.e., drop-in cam, stock silencer, UNI. Any input on how these components will work together? Maybe a different cam would be more suitable???

A friend recently did this mod, added a UNI filter, and went to a 41 tooth rear sprocket. Last weekend at Oceano , in both uphill and downhill (Approx 7%)drags , he CONSISTANTLY beat a 400EX with a Sparks X6 pipe,CDI,2mm over bored carb, 6 degree advance key, K&N filter, and 40 tooth rear sprocket, by 1.5 to 2 bike lenghts. They were running approx 300yds and both quads were topped out at the end. These riders are good friends of mine and are experienced riders. They even swithched quads and made a couple of passes with the same results. Needless to say, the owner of the Sparks modded quad was a bit miffed after spending a pile of money on the parts.
