What setup for my 2001 Raptor rear shock?

After I get all of my neccasity parts, (topend clutch, etc) i think i am going to get my raptor rear rebuilt. I was just wondering what how I should get it rebuilt, like with what springs and should I get SSD. I have elka dual rates in the front with no ressie. I will be racing XC.

everytime i call GT Thunder the guy says that my phone is breaking out. :ermm:

get dual rate springs with ssd in the rear and make sure you have them add a longer rezzy hose that way you can movie it to the front and get it valved for your weight and riding style
