for drag racin buy a kit off ebay from like CNC racing or something, it works for me. for racing or offroad **** get some wider aarms

if your just flattracking or TT racing a lowering kit will work, anything else you probably need wider a-arms/axle to lower the stance. also adjustable shocks

well if your not doing tt i say get some mx tires like 18 inch tires for the rear and 19 or 20s for the front and then turn the preload things on your shock all the way up and then you will be about 2 inches lower

I've seen people use straps to compress the spings to lower the quad. I don't know that I'd recommend it.
