So here I was all fat dumb and happy, when I recieved a call from the guy at Muzzy Exhasut in Bend, Oregon. They asked if they could use my bike to build their 2006 exhaust sytem. I bought the first 2006 trx450r in Central Oregon. In return they would give me a complete system for free. How could I pass that up. Gave them the bike for 3 weeks. They built a complete system and then gave it to their race guys to tune. They put in on their dyno for a few runs. They stayed with the stock air box and filter. It dyno'd at 38 hp stock and 40 hp with the system on. They had to install a dynojet kit with a 120 main, needle on the 4th clip. Can't wait to install a K&N filter and see what it does. Too much snow but I took it out for a test ride today. Has anyone ever gotten a deal like this before and what do you think it will increase with adding the K&N filter?
