I have a full Pro Circuit T4 system and with proper jetting it made an incredible difference. Tons of low end torque, more than my brothers 300, insane throttle response. I HIGHLY recommend it, numerous magazines have rated it the best for 250EX

if you buy and exhaust only get a slip on its cheaper and before long you may be wanting a bigger quad i kno i was gonna mod my 250 and then it started to get really boring and i saved up some money and my dad bought me a 300 and i paid him back some of what i owe him...in other words if u wanna mod the 250 go ahead but id save up for a bigger and a more fun quad

Seeing it's an '06, I don't think he will be selling it anytime soon. Most people will tell you the hmf system is the best. So that is what I will say.;)

Do you really need to rejet a 250ex with only a slip-on? It seems to run fine.

you may not NEED to, but the only way to see any power increase is to jet it, leavinmg it alone is just leaving your quad the way it was, no more powr, possibly less, because the pipe is probably causing a lean condition without the addition of fuel....

answer: YES

I've had the T-4 longer than probably anyone else on here (4 years) , and i can vouch for its performance.

get either the HMF full system or T-4. you wont regret it.

I put a slip-on on my 300 and it seemed to run fine too. Then I jetted it and got a huge increase in power. jet it and remove the airbox lid, you'll be amazed at the difference.
