Just finished rebuild after dropping a valve, mark on T ,rockers are lose and valves are ajusted and cam sprocket is just 1/8 in. higher on right side. I was thinking maybe the decomp plunger is stuck or the battery isn't strong enough. How do i relaese the dam thing?
