Need to rejet

Hi I need help on rejetting my 05 400ex I just installed a White Brothers E Serie pro mag pipe and header and want to run with out the filter box lid and need to know what jet size I need to make it run right, as of now it backfires a little and I dont have a exhuast leak anywhere

go up a couple sizes...see if that gets rid of the backfiring...

yeah try that and mabe bump your piolet jet to a 42 ;)
