I just bought a rear Peps shock off of ebay for my 300EX and it is a single rate compression adjustable shock. I also have elka piggyback shocks in the front that are missing the SSD spring. my question is, where should I send these shocks (keep price in mind) to have them revalved and made into SSD? I wont be doing it for a while, But i would like to get an idea of where to go. Thanks.

question: How are they missing the SSD spring? You might want to call elka on that one. The main springs from elka are 35 a piece so the ssd spring should be like 10. For a revalve, call C&D. They will help you out.

I believe Elka Piggy's for the 300ex are only dual rate, check out their website

you probably aren't missing anything

thats what I mean. im missing the second spring. They are single rates right now. They still work great. Alot better than my friends Works. BUt Id like them to be SSD b/c Im gonna keep this front end so Im gonna need them to be revalved.
