Thanks for the replies. I like the minimalist approach, too. I'll probably put some graphics on it eventually, but I want something that's not going to clutter it up too much (maybe even stock graphics). I actually prefer the 450R shocks to the works so far. On the Works, the spring seperators rubbed and binded, and the crossover spacers made a bunch of noise. The 450R shocks are very smooth, and the spring rate feels pretty good with the +2 arms. Keep in mind, though, that I haven't done any hard riding yet, so I'll have to do a little follow-up review. I'll try to get a couple of detailed pics of the cooler for anyone interested. You can get the kit from Perma-Cool, and I made the grill from expanded metal I bought at Home Depot. I think the extra cooler really helps; it should add some life to the engine.

did you drill into the valve cover, or are you just running a larger cooler?

You have to drill and tap the clutch cover and valve cover for the fittings and block the original oil passage where it goes up the side of the cylinder. The cooler kit is available at Jegs for $61.99:

You'll also need something to make a grill out of, and a universal transmission cooler mount kit (I got mine at Checker Auto Parts for $6).

that sucks, I don't know how to drill and tap, that sounds stupid but I really don't.

Very nice man. That plastic is sooooo shiny :D I don't know if they didn't come with the Honda sticker on the front, but not having it there makes that nose look really sleek-looking. Very subtle, yet still noticable. Good job on that quad :)

You can have a local machine shop do the fittings for pretty cheap. After that, there's not much to it.
