I have a 400 ex with everything in my sig. i need to know what i need to do to get more out of it without going to the 440. The pipe is HMF s/o should i keep it and send it back and get them to fix it to a full, or sell it for a sparks. Also the carb is factory with the choke removed what size , and brand do ya recommend replacing it with. do you think it will wake it up a little or what? And if there is anything else you think i need let me know. thanks alot

sig is looking pretty good. I'd say that instead of sending your slip on in, id just buy a fmf powerbomb header. For the carb, like he said the fcr is pretty good or if you can find a good 450r stock carb.

yeah I would just by a fmf powerbomb header and get a 450r stock carb
and also get a xr250(dirtbike) stock cdi and put ti on your 400ex
