Is there a rule at the Hatfield Mckoy trails in WV saying you're not allowed to have passengers on a quad?

yeah i believe that is a rule but if you have a passenger atv (artic cat or bombadier) you can ride with two people

Actually, the rules states:


No vehicle over fifty (50) inches in width is allowed on the trail.
No passengers on any ATV unless the ATV is manufactured for the driver and one passenger.

Therefore, if your ATV is made for two but is over 50 inches wide, technically it is not legal on the Hatfield McCoy Trails.
