Which is better x ring or o ring and why? also who makes good sturdy sprockets?

from what i understand, x-ring are better because they keep trash out more efficiently

Both X and O ring are good, I wouldnt worry about that, and for top of the line sprockets check out www.sidewindersprockets.com
Pricey, but from what I hear, they are worth the money.
i put an xring on my 400ex this spring...i had to adjust it after every ride for the first 6 or 7 rides...i never had that problem with an oring...
