Well i have an 89 295r that i have been trying to sell when i realized that i have everything to put my brothers janssen racing blaster motor in it. We built him a blaster powered 250r last year, but then he bought a 450r so we parted it out, we sold basicly everything except for the mounts motor and pipe. I would sell the bike withe the 295r motor also or without it for a little cheaper.

blaster engine:
janssen port and polish
janssen bored to 200cc
weisco crank
brand new complete clutch (0 hours)
reed spacer
weisco reeds and cage
38mm carb
FMF Pipe
LRD silencer

Chassis:
elka front shocks fully adujustable
dual rate elka rear that is fully adjustable
lonestar axle
Rad Carrier
JB +2 Arms
Braided lines
Houser +1 anti Vibe stem
-1 swingarm
renthal Bars
ProDesign Kill switch
PEP easy Pull Clutch Lever
Full Bore plastic
Clark fuel tank
Memory foam seat
Quad Tech seat Cover
OMF shrouds
Rad. guard
Ac pro pegs

250R motor:
Rossier 295 big bore
Rossier port and polish
V-Force reeds and cage
LRD Pipe and silencer
bottom end just gone through

The blaster motor is a direct bolt in with no modifications to the actual frame. This makes it possible to just throw the 250r motor in in less than an hour if you know what you are doing.

I also have a few extras to go with the bike such as plastic and a few of the stock parts for the blaster motor and the 250r.

I am asking 4700 for everything or 3700 with the blaster motor, or 3500 with the 295r motor.

I just have a question,
Blaster motors are known to be junk, Can I ask why you would depreciate the value of your quad by putting it in there.
Not trying to bash you or anything, Just curious.
If its because of a class..... why not use a 125cc watercooled engine?
And I am NO master at this..so dont think Im being a smartelic.
Thanks

blaster engines aren't junk!! i dunno who has been telling you that, but every blaster engine we have had has been great for realiability. Granted we do change the oil after every race, and we rebuilt them about 3 times a year, but that is only to keep up on power.
A 125 motor, in my opinion, a bad idea. I know someone that had one in a 300ex frame and it was nothing but trouble. It was slower than a blaster engine, even after a few motor mods, and it had to be reved so high to make the power it did that it blew up like every other race.
The reason you would put either engine in is so you can race the 13-15 youth class. If we were to do it over again we would have bout a crf250f motor and put that in, got it bored to a 290, port it, and put a bigger carb in. Those bikes fly! it is un-real how much power they make!

I would sell everything for 4500, or with the 295r motor for 3400, or 3600 with the blaster motor

Any chance of you being interested in selling just the Blaster motor/carb/electrics by themselves? If so, shoot me a price. Thanks, Rob
