What is it worth

Im looking to buy this 88 250r and was wondering if you think its worth what he is asking.The quad is dusty cuz i never leaves his garage. Heres what it has

II am asking 3000 for it. keep in mind that it has been in storage for a while, so its dusty.

If it stats then 3 grand for it is a good deal, if it doesn't start then try to talk him down some. It probably doesn't need much to make it start if it doesn't. It looks like it also has +2 burgard a arms? Those are deffinatley aftermarket, and wider than stock, they look similar to my Burgard +2's.

I wouldnt give more then 2200$. 250R has lost most of its resale value. You can buy a decked out R for 3500 to 4000$
