can i get scratches out of my rims?

Hi,

I have baja itp rims.they have the reinforceing ring on them.. when i got the rims, they were scratched a little.. The littlest scratch, bothers me ...lol ..how can i get them out..? besides buffing?? and whats go to shine them up ?...is it worth getthing them polished and clear coated? does anny1 polish rims and clearcoat them?? .. thanks

For washing all i do is wash with soap and water then wipe down with a cloth
