carbon fiber gas tank

i saw a picture of a 400 with carbon fiber around the gas tank around the cap on that plastic there. where can i get that and how much is it?

They are a bit pricey, around $90. You can see a pic of mine at my site below. They look extremely cool. Unfortunately, mine doesn't fit well with my new Maier plastic, and only gets to set on a shelf in the basement.

It just might be the most expensive space taker upper I have. Next to my 2 boats, 2 campers, and my Kodiak.
