I plan on getting a set of tires for christmas. I know Im getting razr 2 fronts but i cant decide on the rears. I will be racing XC and some MX and just trail riding. Ive narrowed it down to the HD razr 2s or the regular razrs. Which do you think will fit my riding style the best?

Depends on what you want to be better at, MX or XC. Are you going to run 18" or 20"? The Razr 2s have deeper lugs and will be better for XC, but the shallower Razrs will probably break loose a little better for MX.

i will be racing XC mostly but i want to race some MX also. I will have 20in rears

I race XC and practice on a mx track. I run razr2's and would not even think about another tire

Whay not get a set of different rear tires for each syle of riding that makes it easy to be competitive in each one...Thats what i am doing anyway.

I dont know if you have seen the new Kenda radials, I have great things about them for $60 a rear tire they aren't too bad.

right now I am thinking I am going to run Razr 2 fronts and the Kenda rears next season unless something else great comes along

why does everyone and their brother run Razr2 fronts for XC? are they really that good??

I would get the ITP xcrs03s. I run them on dry course that has alot of motocross/ open sections. I also have the hds. they kinda feel like they rob power.

I just got Razr 2 front tires, but I will be running those and Razr rears.

(I love my razr rears)

I run Maxxis Razr II on front and love them. Those Pirelli on ATVRIDERS HOME page looks similiar to Holeshot. Theose Perellis would most likely peerform to knowing their repetation.
