View Full Version : Full fenders or race cuts

I might buy new plastics for my shee, just wondering should I race cut again or go full fendered, I really dont like my racecuts I get absolutely covered all the time

Since you race some XC I voted for fulls. I ended up switching back from racecut fenders to full and I'm happy I did. I don't get nearly as wet/muddy when I ride now as I did with race cuts. I couldn't even go across wet grass before without getting my arms soaked. Now if I'm careful I don't get wet at all. I think your shee looks good with the full fenders too.:cool:

Heres another vote for the full. I've never been a fan of the race cut on anything, but especially the Shee's.

i think your quad looks sick with the race cuts, but if full fenders are more functional then don't cut em, if i was you id go with the race cut though chicks dig it.

fullbore race face on a shee is the all time best looking quad ever.
but if you need fenders then you need them.
dose anyone no if fullbore makes that style front with fenders

Race cut looks good but full fenders actually serve a purpose. It would still look good with full fenders, and it would have a lot more protection for ya.

I wish they did but imo 600 dollars for fullbores is just insane, I can get full maiers for 100 dollars cheaper and I have full fenders!

my 300ex is race cut and i know what you mean i am always the muddiest out of our riding group every time but I LIKE THE MUD i think your quad looks good either way nice machine :eek2:

So do what i'm going to do, I race cut my 450R fenders which is great in kansas 98%of the time. I like the way looks with and without the fenders so I'm going to buy another set. What the heck get them from maier like you said and when you have the urge to have full you have full and when you dont want full you can switch in what 15 minutes.


I vote both and your quad looks great either way
