If your going to spend the money on a high comp piston get the Baldwin 14.1 piston. If you want mostly low end-mid range power get the sparks or the 02 crf450 dirtbike cam.

I run a Wiseco 13.5-1 and a stage 2 Hotcam. It gave my R an awesome power increase from bottom to top. Reliability doesen't seem to be an issue either. I ran them all season without a problem.

the baldwin is a 2-ring design so it might use a little bit more oil than a 3 ring. however, the characteristics of the piston should yield an extra horse or two.

the hot cam will probably provide more power up until high rpms. then near the stock rev limit the hrc will take over.
