Suspension kits

I am wanting some good shocks . Is it better to get the kits?.. [ a arms brake lines and shocks. such as elkas or works] Alba action has these kits. anyone bought them? :)

they aren't better they're just easier. You can buy it all at once. It'll be just as good as if you bought all the same parts from the manufacturers. Buy what you want, not what comes in the kit.
