okay so i have ordered brake pads hundreds of times before and each time i get a different type and i still cant figure out which type is the best, what is everyones take on the types of brake pads ie carbon and sintered metal and all of the other types of pads, which are the most durable, which offer the most breaking power and which do you use personally, thanks

i buy tusk sintered metal, i would get the carbon ones but i heard sintered metal works better, i buy tusk because its the cheapest pad out there, not because it works best. one of my buddies only uses galfer products for his brakes both companies pads look exactly the same, our quads are equal braking wise and my pads were half the price.

i have run EBC, vesrah, vesrah sinthered, stock, and Ferodo. i like Ferodo the best out of all of em. they seem to last the longest with the best stopping power. the vesrah pas stop great but last notime. Plus teh ferodo's are cheap, $25 a set compared to 28 for vesrah.

I gear down & try to use the motor quite abit for braking but non sintred regular type pads usually kimpex have lasted quite a while for me up to 2 seasons7 there performance has always been excelent its the tires that need to hook up long before I have issues with the pads only after a good soaking water crossing etc. do I need to expect a drop in action till they dry up ahand full of eeft extra.
