I went to rausch creek yesterday and when it started to get cold my hands started to hurt. It was like I couldnt even open my hands up to brake or shift. So i am thinking about getting some heated grips to use for my febuary races. My question is how do you wire them into your electrical system and do you think this will fix my problem. Thanks

You could do it easily, just a standard two wire hook up like you did your killswitch. The only thing is, that heated grips tend to be larger than normal so you will be fighting arm pump more with the larger diameter. You may want to look into some handguards to ward off the wind as well.

Yeah Powermadds aren't all that good at protecting from wind anyways, they are made for deflecting rocks and roost. Acerbis makes some good ones with good coverage for a decent price.
