I run regular Razrs for mx and trail riding and they work awsome for me. I ran a set of Kenda Klaws this summer also, but just for mx and they were awome. Between the two you can't go wrong.

razr 2's are way too heavy for motocross. i would try kenda claws, seem to be a good all around tire. right now, i'm running 18" razr mx's and they are awesome on the track and do pretty well in the sand if you ask me. my next tires are going to be the holeshot sx's for the track, and if moneys right i'm going to pick up a set of kenda claws for my sandy practice track.

well i say kenda klaws because they have good durability and are still have good tread on them.

i dunno... i have kenda klaws and they seem pretty big heavy and doofy for mx... you could try it though, you'd get alot of traction if that's what you want... but for me i do hills and trails and they are awesome

He'd probably use the smaller 4-ply ones for MX instead of the big 22" 6-plys for XC. ;)

Rarz's are great all around. They're light and have good grip. The fronts aren't so great for breaking, but they corner awesome. Rear razr's will wear out fast. irazrs are great for XC cause they have alot of sidewall grip through ruts. The front's are very sensative to input. The iRazr rears don't have the greatest lateral hold in a corner, and wear out fast too. Rear Kenda klaw's are probably the best all around race/play tire I've ever tried. They aren't as grippy as the razrs but they are rugged as hell and they perform well in all conditions. As for fronts ... Razr 2, iRazr, Holeshot XC all last long, brake and steer very well.
