Knarly's are a hoss *** tire... Couple of my buddy's groove em for hillclimbing and they hook like crazy..... I think they only make em for 8'' rims still though...

Knarlys are a good tire, super soft, good traction, wear out super fast....

Klaws are a better all around tire.

I have the 20inch knarlys and they are awesome. They wear good so far. I don't race but i do give them Hell and I'm very happy and the price is good to.

Rear X knarly provides tons of traction via softer sticky compound, trade off is they wear quicker. klaws will provide good traction, with a focus towards longer wear.

do you want killer traction, less use...or good traction, more use.

you cannot get one benefit without sacrificing the other slightly...

I always go for performace over wear...but in race enviroment it matters.

The 18in knarly's are a completely different tread pattern, and they're also a softer compound.

Last I saw the tread pattern was exactly the same just the knobies were alittle different. This was on the mxr knarly.
