xr 400 head gasket help

I need a xr 400 head gasket according to many people on this site when I install my 416 kit.Somebody was so kind as to give me the service honda part number and price for the cr 450 timing chain.I need somebody to do the same for the xr 400 head gasket.I really would appreciate your help.I also need to know if the cam chain sliders are likely to be worn out on an 01 400 ex?? Is this a part that anybody else has needed to replace on theirs??If so a cheap hookup on these parts will be greatly appreciated.Thanks to all you are the gurus of the ex kingdom!:chinese:

I have that kit but I have been told to use the xr 400 gasket cuz its thinner.I was also told to use threebond 1211 instead of a base gasket to further raise compression.I dont know how much thinner it is but more squeeze equals more cheese!!:D

yea i guess it depends how much comp you want just get a higher comp piston???
