IMS intimadator bumper

does anyone know if this bumper will work with the prm skid plate i was wondering if the lip in the front of the skid plate would mess up the fit because of the lip on the bumper too

just cut the skid off.....down by the frame....bolt it up and mark it where it needs to be trimmed
