a-arm bearings???

Im working on removing the bearings inside my stock a-arms. I cant seem to get the little clip out that holds the bearing in. Any easy way of doing this?

I am just now needing new a arm bushings too on my 2000 ex and if you are staying with stock arms i think the best way to go is with new arms from servicehonda.com,you can get all 4 complete ready to bolt on for about $200.

i just got some new a-arms, Im just needin to replace one bushing in it so im taking one out of my old a-arms but cant seem to get that clip out
