I was thinking about getting a Magura hydraulic clutch. I searched and found out everyone likes them. I have a +1'' steering stem and it seems to strech out my cable, which I think is why i go through so many cables. Should i worry with the hyraulic hose getting streched?

Yeah you will have more than enough line. Just keep it away from the pipe.

What he said ^^^ They give you plenty of line, so much that I was able to run the cable straight down then outside of the outer right frame rail. I used cut up pieces of rubber airhose and zip ties on parts of the cable and frame on all points that the line came into contact with to protect from chafing. This way, nothing hits it, it is very secure, and is no where near those hot *** header pipes. I love my Magura, it's got me spoiled, but that means my endurance will be that much better.

You can sort of see in this pic the big blue hose protecting the cable.
