I just sent you the money for the rims, and powdercoating. Let me know to make shure you got it, and if you can give me an estimate on when you will be shipping them out to me?

Thanks,
Andrew

well good news is that 8 inch beadlocks are in production so grabbing them wednesday should pose no problems. the front rims are all cut for beadlocks, so im going to see what i can swing or see when the next shipment is due in.

you wanted yellow rings correct?

Why is it that when there is something that you don't want to hear, it always starts with "the good news is" haha

And yup I wanted the rings yellow.

you know ill turn it so you make out good:devil: im thinking since he cut all teh rims he could atleast throw in some reinforcing rings for teh fronts for no extra:devil:

Reinforcing rings are those rings that are like the ITP baja rims right? That works for me:macho

Just checking in again, I was wondering if you got the reinforcing rings or not? I got my tires today, so with the only thing I need being the rims I'm started to get excited:cool:

I was wanting just a regular yellow, I re-painted my plastics yellow, I'd not shure if you saw any pics or not, but here is one. Whats different about this new yellow that your getting?

Oops forgot the pic. It's a crapy pic but I like the yellow better than black.

its a metalic yellow, but i think it will not match the color of your fenders.

i do however have a yellow that should match those nicely!

Here is a better picture of the yellow, the yellow looks a little too neon like in the other one. But the closest you can get to this yellow is the yellow I want. I'll be getting Maier yellow plastics in the summer.

That thread in the open forum made me remember that I wanted to ask what I have to torque down the bolts on the beadlock rings to, so I was just wondering that. Also whats the word on the front rims, and when do you think they will be able to get shipped out. Thanks much:macho

Ok I just thought of this when I was looking at the rims. There is no valve stem or whatever you call it to put the air in the tire, whats up with that do I have to buy them separate or something?

Pappy
12-23-2005, 11:24 AM
yes 2 new valve stems are needed.

TheFontMaster

Where do I get them. Can I just get them from the local honda dealer down here?

Pappy
12-23-2005, 11:54 AM
napa, autozone etc will all have them. i will try and see if i can find what size to get, but they are not hard to find

TheFontMaster

If ya don't find it I can just bring a rim down to one of those places.
