Can you do a superman off a step up?

Do you guys think it is possible to pull off a superman on this step up? If so any tips? I can kidn of do one on the ground i figured in the air it might all just work out.

deffinatly possible, First Lift you legs strait up and see if you can click them above the seat, keep doing that until your comfy with and the just kick your Legs back. Very simple.

go for it, I tryed one off a 3ft tall kicker on my dirtbike and smashed my knee into my bar :)

just go step by step over and over again, dont try and huck it your first try..

Humm thanks i will have to see about it. oh crap i forgot the trails to that step up are closed now damn and i don't know hwo to get there any other ways. Do you guys know any other easy tricks to bust off of it please post pics of the tricks!

thats not the best jump to learn a superman off of but anything is possible

try doing tricks where your less seperated from the bike first, like a nac nac or somthing like that untill you get comfortable with coming off of the bike and getting back on in the air btw doing a superman the ground is NOTHING like doing it in the air

Pull a nac nac with your right leg, then go to your left. Then just try to do one at the same time. I personally think a no footed can would like sick going up that.

Heres Caleb Moore doing a superman over a huge stepup that alot of people werent even hitting. Im pretty sure he was in 1st place, too.
