The stock header come with a heat shield from the factory.

Not on this swingarm but I have one off the 1st 06 I had that was rode about a hour I will sell for that. It will only work on 06 unless you change the linkage and shock also though

Yes it is a brand new carrier never ridden comes complete w/ bearings and seals it will fit 04-06 450R

Yes I still have 1 new carrier with no ride time and 1 with about 2 hours ride time on it.
I sold 1 set of tires but I still have 3 sets that are all new never ridden.
